1. Mystery Products
Mystery Box Boutique sells products using a mystery-draw format. Customers select the type of draw and number of pulls they would like to purchase, but the exact colors, styles, finishes, gemstones, charms, and jewelry items received are determined by the mystery draw.
By purchasing a mystery product, you acknowledge that:

• Specific colors or styles cannot be requested unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Product assortments may change over time.

• Photos and videos may show examples of possible items and do not guarantee that you will receive those exact items.

• Natural gemstone beads may vary in color, pattern, markings, and appearance.

• Personal preference regarding a mystery item is not considered a product defect.

2. Bead Mystery Draws
Each purchased Glass Bead or Gemstone Bead pull includes 10 beads.
Beads included in these mystery draws are 8mm unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Bead Mystery Draw orders are selected without repeating the same bead color/style within the same order.
 
3. Bonus Pulls
Certain mystery draws may contain opportunities to receive additional pulls at no extra charge.
Bonus pulls are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product listing. Purchasing a larger quantity does not guarantee that a bonus will be received.
The number of pulls purchased at checkout is the number of pulls guaranteed with the order.
Mystery Charm Draw purchases do not include bonus extra pulls.

4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may add, remove, replace, or change items within our mystery assortments at any time. If an item or product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding a substitution, adjustment, or refund when appropriate.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be processed or if we reasonably believe an order was placed fraudulently or in error.
Any applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout.

6. Order Processing
Please allow up to one week for normal order processing before shipment.
Processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays, sales, product launches, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

7. Shipping
Standard ground shipping is free for U.S. orders.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Mystery Box Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Because mystery products are individually selected and prepared for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer would have preferred a different color, style, gemstone, charm, or jewelry item.
The mystery selection is an essential part of the product being purchased.
This does not affect our responsibility to address merchandise that arrives damaged, is missing from an order, or was sent incorrectly.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing something included in your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask you to provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the merchandise

• Photos of the packaging when applicable

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

10. Order Cancelations
Cancelation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Orders may not be eligible for cancelation after the mystery draw has been completed, the products have been prepared or packed, or the package has been shipped.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, and other website information are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.

12. Personal Use
Products purchased from Mystery Box Boutique are intended for lawful personal or commercial crafting use.
You are responsible for determining whether an item is suitable for your intended project or purpose.
Small beads, charms, and jewelry components may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children unless appropriately supervised.

13. Intellectual Property
The Mystery Box Boutique name, website content, original photographs, graphics, videos, logos, product descriptions, and other original materials on this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

• Submit false or misleading information

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mystery Box Boutique will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
