How do the mystery draws work?
Choose your mystery category and the number of pulls you’d like. Your capsules are drawn and opened, revealing the beads, charms, or jewelry included in your order. The exact colors and styles are part of the surprise.
How many beads come in each bead pull?
Each purchased Glass Bead or Gemstone Bead pull includes 10 beads.
What size are the beads?
All Glass Bead and Gemstone Bead Mystery Draw beads are 8mm.
Will I receive duplicate beads?
Bead Mystery Draw orders are packed without repeat bead colors/styles within the same order.
Can I choose the colors or styles I receive?
No. Individual colors, finishes, gemstones, charms, and jewelry styles cannot be selected. The surprise is part of the mystery-draw experience.
What kinds of glass beads could I receive?
The Glass Bead Mystery Draw may include regular glass beads along with special styles such as faceted, AB-color, and rhinestone beads.
Are bonus pulls guaranteed?
No. The number of pulls you purchase is guaranteed. Any additional pulls depend on the bonus items revealed during your mystery draw.
Do Mystery Charm Draws include bonus pulls?
No. Mystery Charm Draw purchases include the number of charm pulls selected at checkout and do not include bonus extra pulls.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 1 week for order processing before shipment.
During busy periods, sales, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while each mystery order is individually drawn and packed.
Does processing time include shipping time?
No. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your mystery draw and package your order. Shipping time begins after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
How much is shipping?
Standard ground shipping is free on U.S. orders.
Any other available shipping options and their costs will be displayed at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
Can I return something because I don’t like the color or style I received?
Because these are mystery products, returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because you would have preferred a different mystery color, style, gemstone, charm, or jewelry item.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once your mystery draw has been completed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. We’ll review the problem and help with an appropriate resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
Free shipping applies to U.S. ground shipping only. If international shipping is available for your location, the applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.
